When the auction is won (“buy now”, and possible over auction reserve price reached) the Buyer 3 days to pay the amount due (hammer price + 5% commission).

The payment is made to the account of AutoAllAsta Paypal or by bank transfer to the account of AutoAllAsta.

Once you receive your payment, We notify the Seller that the Lot has been paid and can then send via priority mail, within 3 days, the car's documents. The Seller shall 7 days to ship the Lot (or the Buyer 7 days to withdraw the Lot).
Being cars, in the case of shipment will be issued by a conveyor “Delivery note” and the Buyer will be made to sign a “Retreat Bolla”. In cases of withdrawal personally by the Buyer, It will have to sign a document equivalent to the Seller, in which it is issued transfer Vehicle.

The Seller will send us, by email, copy of “Delivery note”, the copy of the Buyer “Retreat Bolla”. In this way we will be sure that the Lot has been sent and has been received.

ONLY at this point, we shall make a payment to the Seller, by bank transfer or Paypal, the allotment of Lot from which will be deducted the commission of 2%, all within a maximum 3 working days. In the same period we will send to the buyer of the car documents.

If the seller does not provide a copy of his Bull of delivery or send us no documents, You will not be paid.

In the event that the Buyer does not provide copy of his retreat Bolla, contact the seller to figure out what happened and where his car. In any case until it is also sent a copy of the Buyer Bolla, This does NOT receive your vehicle papers.
